About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Fleet Operations department at No Company Name.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Fleet Operations, including document management, scheduling, and maintaining records.
  • Handle data entry and track fleet inventory, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for operational meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain fleet needs.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes, tracking expenses related to fleet maintenance and operations.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
