Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Fleet Operations, including data entry, fleet inventory tracking, and work order management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for operational meetings, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain fleet needs, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in fleet or logistics operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
