Professional Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years in the field of rehabilitation, with a preference for experience in acute care settings.

Educational Background:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.

Licensure and Credentials:
Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey and be CPR certified.

Essential Skills:
Experience in a hospital or acute care environment is required.

Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication abilities are necessary, as this role involves regular interactions with various stakeholders, requiring tact and discretion to facilitate information exchange and cooperation.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
May provide part-time oversight to a small team, often engaging in similar tasks as team members.

Independence in Role:
Expected to perform duties autonomously, adhering to established protocols while reporting to a direct supervisor on a regular basis.

Work Schedule:
Part-time position requiring 48 hours bi-weekly, with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.
