Investigative Specialist

Stillinger Investigations is seeking a skilled Investigative Specialist to operate within the Columbia, SC area and its surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive training will be provided; however, candidates must possess exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and proficient computer skills.
- Prior experience in law enforcement is mandatory.
- Military background is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of education in Criminal Justice is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in surveillance activities is essential.
- Ability to function independently is crucial.
- Strong motivation and ambition for career advancement are necessary.
- A valid South Carolina driver's license is required.
- Applicants must have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ownership of a Smartphone is mandatory.
- Eligibility for licensure as a Private Investigator is essential.
- Clean credit history is required.
- A clear criminal background is a must.
- Familiarity with Time Matters, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and/or Excel is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance practices is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Travel Requirements: Primarily within South Carolina (95%), with occasional travel to North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Benefits: Medical coverage and paid vacation are included.
Compensation: Employees receive bi-weekly payments, with salaries commensurate with experience; mileage reimbursement is provided for travel.
Salary Range: $24-$26 per hour, based on experience.

Availability: Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
