We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Intervention Specialist to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in helping us recruit participants and lead the delivery of research-based family interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and engage with families to participate in research-based family interventions
- Deliver research-based parenting and family interventions virtually or in the homes of families enrolled in the research project
- Collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) to develop and implement research-based family interventions
- Provide training and support to research participants on the research intervention
- Conduct home visits and virtual sessions to deliver the research-based family intervention
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma and 4 years of experience interacting with families or as a health-related professional with a background in psychology, social work, counseling, public health or a related field
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong engagement skills and ability to build rapport with research participants
- Ability to travel and work independently with research participants
