Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and participating in contract negotiations, directing project team compliance with contract terms, and developing and managing project quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Direct project team compliance with contract terms to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project quality assurance processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Guide and supervise project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise technical professionals and design staff to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Monitor project financial status to ensure budget compliance and identify areas for cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
