About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our engineering land development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing engineering design and leadership for land development projects throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare site land development plans, including paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
  • Develop and implement utility design, site grading, and storm water management systems.
  • Conduct zoning research and permitting research to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in engineering design of land development projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
