Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team, focusing on providing engineering design and leadership for private land development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
  • Lead engineering design efforts for land development projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement site grading, storm water management systems, and utility design.
  • Conduct zoning research and permitting research to ensure project compliance.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.

Requirements

  • E.I.T. or P.E. certification is strongly encouraged.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
  • Strong understanding of land development regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
