Key Responsibilities:

  • Design for Land Development, including Stormwater Management, Water and Sanitary Sewer systems, and Soil Erosion and Sediment Control.
  • Overseeing multiple projects and managing workloads with competing deadlines.
  • Ensuring Quality Control throughout project phases.
  • Coordinating with regulatory agencies for permitting processes.
  • Preparing proposals, including scope and budget assessments.
  • Managing financial aspects, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable.
  • Scheduling project timelines effectively.
  • Maintaining client relationships and managing expectations.
  • Providing mentorship and training to team members.
  • Performing additional project-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Land Development Design, encompassing both residential and commercial projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Familiarity with local land use processes and regulations.
  • Proficient in technical skills related to stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading, and other site development designs.
  • Experience with Civil 3D and ICPR software is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and judgment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in construction oversight is a plus.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and dedicated.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
