Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Q-mation. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for our customers in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for AVEVA software suite, including InTouch, System Platform, Historian, and Intouch Edge.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all software and system-related concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AVEVA software suite and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Travel up to 20% may be required.
