Job Summary:

DecisionPoint | Cortek is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
