- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase sales, and enhance store operations.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive business results.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Oversee daily cash handling and accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with corporate teams to identify traffic trends and ensure inventory alignment with customer demand.
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Cox standards.
- Competitive salary range: $61,400 - $92,000 per year.
- Annual incentive/commission target: $18,924.
