Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales and customer service representatives.
  • Set and achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase sales, and enhance store operations.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive business results.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Oversee daily cash handling and accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with corporate teams to identify traffic trends and ensure inventory alignment with customer demand.
  • Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on sales and customer service.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Cox standards.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $61,400 - $92,000 per year.
  • Annual incentive/commission target: $18,924.
