Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising and Stocking Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Receive, stock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and in stockrooms, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchasing decisions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits, identify and report discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves, as well as ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working order.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Ability to Lift 25 Pounds or More: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Retail or Warehouse Experience: Preferred
  • Basic Math Skills: Preferred
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Preferred
