Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services
  • Accurately describe our products and services to potential clients
  • Obtain customer information and communicate it to our sales department
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Schedule meetings with perspective clients to discuss our products and services
  • Work autonomously as a self-starter to achieve daily sales goals
  • Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook
  • Maintain attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
  • Complete sales reports and provide feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Must have sales experience in the marine industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other specific business and program-related software

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or higher, minimum 1 year of sales experience

  • Completed health screening questionnaire
  • Cleared background check
  • Provided professional references
  • Completed applications, resume, and education if requested

Salary: Starting at $24/hour
