Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team as Teachers at KinderCare Education. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners and supporting the growth and development of our centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Curriculum: Develop and implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child, promoting a love of learning and a strong foundation for future success.
  • Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our children.
  • Partner with Families: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, working collaboratively to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Support Center Success: Partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, driving the success of our centers and the children we serve.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain, with a strong background in early childhood education and child development.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Certifications and Credentials: Hold a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain, with CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical Abilities: Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Language Skills: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
