Position Overview

As a Counter Sales Specialist at Colony Hardware, you will play a vital role in supporting the construction sector and trades by providing exceptional service and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that our clients receive the products they need efficiently.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with customers to guarantee accurate product selection and timely order fulfillment.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to recommend additional products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including outside sales and operations, to facilitate smooth order processing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email, addressing their requests promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in operational tasks such as order pulling and packing as required.
