Job Summary

The Sales Agent is an inside sales role focused on building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources. The Sales Agent will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Property & Casualty license
  • High school or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
  • A proven track record of generating new business sales, retaining existing business, and cross-selling other lines of business
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
