Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities- Act as the initial help-desk for incoming partner inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and thorough resolution of a variety of customer service and technical support requests via phone and digital channels.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and technologies supported by Affiliated Monitoring Inc.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and effective communication, with timely follow-ups as necessary.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical customer support or entry-level help desk roles.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with partners.
- Proficient computer skills, with a quick learning aptitude for new software systems.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment.
- Demonstrated success in completing tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, patience, and strong relationship-building capabilities.
