**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at InVue Security Products Inc. as a key member of our customer-facing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer support team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through process and people development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of customer support specialists to achieve total customer satisfaction and drive a premium customer experience.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in customer support operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal partners.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a B2B customer service, account operations, and/or support role.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong Order to Cash cycle experience and understanding within consumer electronics and/or hardware and software industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
