Customer Service Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at InVue Security Products Inc. as a key member of our customer-facing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer support team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through process and people development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of customer support specialists to achieve total customer satisfaction and drive a premium customer experience.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in customer support operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal partners.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a B2B customer service, account operations, and/or support role.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong Order to Cash cycle experience and understanding within consumer electronics and/or hardware and software industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
