**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Leader at Food Lion, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the achievement of our customer service standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee and provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers
* Assist the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual
* Maximize sales through excellent customer service
* Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets
