Job Title: Employee Benefits Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Coordinator to join our team at Consolidated Employer Services. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working with them on benefits open enrollments and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients who have opted into employee benefits through CES.
  • Confirm the accurate completion of necessary benefits paperwork and utilize various systems such as FormFire and Ease.
  • Build long-term positive relationships with clients and support client employees as qualifying benefit enrollment changes occur throughout the plan year.
  • Support the other benefits team members as needed and respond to clients in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Problem solve quickly and efficiently throughout the entire benefits life cycle and identify areas of improvement for the process as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent of education and experience.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in employee benefits required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive environment, treat others with respect, and demonstrate empathy while performing within stressful situations.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential and/or sensitive information with proper care and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly.
