Business Development Manager for Restoration Services

This esteemed restoration company is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the commercial restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of sales and/or business development experience in the restoration industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
  • IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
  • Commercial/residential restoration construction experience
  • Background in reconstruction/mitigation
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Book of business
  • Able to generate $1,000,000 minimum annually
