Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage reconstruction and restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimators, project coordinators, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reconstruction and restoration, with a proven track record of success.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering) preferred.
  • Xactimate experience and IICRC qualifications (Fire, Water, Mold) highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
