Job Description

Cloudinity Inc is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in facilitating communication between business and IT teams, ensuring that software objectives align with stated and unstated business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Define Business Requirements: Obtain a deep understanding of business needs, creating target state process flows and translating them into system requirements for chatbot development.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and to manage expectations regarding capabilities and limitations of AI chatbots.
  • Understand Technical Options: Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.
  • Prioritize Requirements: Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements.
  • Manage Requirements Scoping: Manage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process.
  • Create Seamless Conversation Flow: Create seamless conversation flow prioritizing on user experience through well-designed workflows and dialogue trees that depict logical design for conversational journeys.
  • Analyze Data Access Needs: Analyze data access needs for chatbot solution and document API requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in Documenting Intents: Experience in documenting intents, responses and flows using Azure Language Studio or Google Dialog flow.
  • Testing and Training: Ensure the chatbot functions correctly and efficiently and testing for scenarios like user intent recognition and response accuracy. Train customer service teams on best practices for utilizing and troubleshooting chatbot systems.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI chatbot technology is crucial for enhancing chatbot capabilities.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze chatbot performance data and user feedback of the chatbot to identify areas for improvement to intents, responses, and conversational flows.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular reports on chatbot performance, user feedback, and other key metrics, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Requirements and Credentials
  • Knowledge of Azure Language Studio: Knowledgeable in developing intents using Azure Language Studio. Familiarity with Microsoft CoPilot is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Dialog Flow: Knowledgeable in developing intents using Google Dialog flow is preferred.
  • Professional Certification: Professional certification in agile methodologies is preferred.
Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience.
  • Business Analysis Experience: 3-5 years of business analysis experience.
  • Conversation Flow Design Experience: 2 years or more extensive experience in Conversation Flow Design focusing on User Experience.
  • Azure Language Studio Experience: 1-2 years Azure Language Studio experience, 1 -2 years Google Dialog Flow experience preferred.
  • Facilitating User Experience Workshops: Experience facilitating user experience workshops for requirements analysis.
  • Training and Deploying AI Models: Experience in training and deploying AI models.
  • Business Process Modeling: Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is preferred.
  • Formal Requirements Gathering: Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Business Requirements Development: Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures.
  • Functional Requirements Development: Experience developing Functional requirements and conversation flows - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill business requirements.
  • User Requirements Development: Experience developing User (stakeholder) requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables, the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted. This deliverable can also reflect how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases must be formulated.
  • Strong Organization and Writing Skills: Strong organization and writing skills. Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
