Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Regional Authority on Kinaxis Planning Tool, Symmetry, and MPP.
- Drive regional transformation initiatives ensuring the necessary knowledge, training, and competencies are established and effectively utilized.
- Establish and define S.M.A.R.T. Regional Targets relevant to your area of responsibility.
- Ensure appropriate actions are implemented for both downstream and upstream performance enhancements.
- Monitor targets to confirm their feasibility, providing assistance to manufacturing facilities in developing action plans and pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with BU NAM SC Planning experts to facilitate the deployment and adoption of new tools, processes, and data management strategies.
- Work in partnership with various IT teams responsible for digital tool development and Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams to deliver clear specifications and prioritize tasks.
- Define and execute the deployment roadmap across ETO Plants.
- Lead the NAM ETO Digital transformation by designing the IT landscape incorporating various digital platforms.
- Establish and standardize processes across the region in alignment with the Schneider Performance production system.
- Conduct audits of the Schneider Performance System.
Travel Requirements:
- This position requires approximately 30% travel, including 5% international and 25% domestic, to ETO Cluster Manufacturing plants for process planning, training, and competency support.
- Remote work is permitted up to 3 days per week.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3 years with a Bachelor's degree or 5 years with an Associate's degree in ETO (Engineered to Order) Supply, Demand, or Production Planning, or a closely related field.
Essential Skills:
- Mastery of production planning based on net demand, capacity constraints (Material, Labor, Machines, Design), and inventory management.
- Proficiency in material management parameters for MRP in SAP, including safety stock settings, ABC/FMR stocking policy, lead times, and lot size management.
- Experience in vendor forecasting, translating production plans into material forecasts using planning and project Bill of Material.
- Ability to publish vendor forecasts, obtain acknowledgments, and manage discrepancies with suppliers.
- Competence in planning execution and reporting digital tools (SAP, Kinaxis, One MM, OPM, database knowledge, and Tableau).
- Understanding of End-to-End Planning Concepts.
