Position Overview:
Schneider Electric USA, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planning - End to End Transformation Expert. This role is pivotal in overseeing the Tools, Processes, and People within a designated region, ensuring excellence in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the Regional Authority on Kinaxis Planning Tool, Symmetry, and MPP.
2. Spearhead regional transformation initiatives, ensuring that knowledge, training, and competencies are effectively implemented and embraced.
3. Establish and define S.M.A.R.T. Regional Targets relevant to your area of responsibility.
4. Ensure appropriate actions are executed for both downstream and upstream performance enhancements.
5. Monitor targets to validate their feasibility, providing necessary support to plants in formulating action plans and pipelines.

Collaboration:
Work closely with BU NAM SC Planning experts to facilitate the deployment and adoption of new tools, processes, and data management strategies. Collaborate with various IT teams responsible for digital tool development and Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams to deliver clear specifications and prioritization.

Deployment Roadmap:
Define and execute the deployment roadmap across ETO Plants, leading the NAM ETO Digital transformation by designing the IT landscape with various digital platforms. Establish and standardize processes across the region in alignment with the Schneider Performance production system, including auditing the Schneider Performance System.

Travel Requirements:
This position requires approximately 30% travel, including 5% international and 25% domestic, to ETO Cluster Manufacturing plants for process planning, training, and competency support. Remote work is permitted up to 3 days per week.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Candidates should have relevant experience (3 years with a Bachelor's or 5 years with an Associate's) in ETO (Engineered to Order) Supply, Demand, or Production Planning, or a closely related occupation. Key skills include:
- Master production planning based on net demand plans and capacity constraints (Material, Labor, Machines, Design) alongside inventory planning.
- Material management parameters for MRP in SAP, including safety stock settings, ABC/FMR stocking policy, lead-times, and lot sizes management.
- Vendor forecasting that translates production plans into material forecasts using planning and project Bill of Material.
- Publishing vendor forecasts, securing acknowledgments, and managing gaps with suppliers.
- Proficiency in planning execution and reporting digital tools (SAP, Kinaxis, One MM, OPM, database knowledge, and Tableau) as well as End-to-End Planning Concepts.
