The Exhibition Operations Manager at Life Fitness is tasked with spearheading the strategic planning and meticulous execution of all exhibition and event management initiatives within the US market, with a focus on delivering exceptional activation experiences.
**This is a hybrid role based out of our Global Headquarters with flexible remote options and designated in-office collaboration days.** #LI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities of the Exhibition Operations Manager:
- Formulating and sustaining an annual exhibition strategy that aligns with corporate standards and protocols.
- Overseeing all facets of exhibitions, including pre-event coordination, logistical execution, and post-event analysis to assess return on investment.
- Negotiating contracts and managing essential vendor and supplier partnerships.
- Ensuring accurate lead data entry to maintain precise records in the CRM system.
- Efficiently managing time, travel, and expenses on a daily basis.
- Willingness to travel periodically throughout the year, primarily within the United States (approximately 30% travel).
- 3-5 years of experience in event and exhibition planning within a B2B context is essential.
- Experience working within a global marketing team is preferred but not mandatory.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong focus on customer experience.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Proficient in building relationships and networking.
