Job Description

The Vice President, CX (Customer Experience) is a key leadership role that defines team direction and ensures all projects and work efforts are tied to clients' needs and strategic drivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Navigate complex media landscapes, think creatively about content and media experience, and help the Planning team maintain focus on critical tasks to build effective media plans.
  • Guide the campaign strategic vision to achieve communication goals, leveraging pharmaceutical industry expertise and consumer health insights.
  • Evaluate work quickly, diagnose areas for improvement, and advise on making it better, utilizing media systems, tools, and resources.
  • Understand qualitative and quantitative business information used by clients in their daily activities, including Rx media planning and buying processes.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and co-creation of ideas with clients, colleagues, and third-party agency partners, promoting strategic thinking and modern marketing solutions.
  • Analyze client audience strategies and work with internal groups to lead business case development, providing vision, direction, management, and support to individuals within the team.
  • Assist Business Development and participate in the pitch process, developing companywide resources and continuing to evolve and improve the Planning Process and support for teams.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years media advertising experience, with pharmaceutical industry, consumer health, or CPG experience.
  • Experience leading people and projects, with storytelling skills and a commitment to work on this craft.
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills, as well as media systems, tools, and resources (Mintel, Informa, Kantar, MRI/MARS, etc.).
