We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Institutional Advancement to join our team at De La Salle Institute. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive advancement strategy to support the Institute's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a long-range strategic plan for advancement, aligning with the Institute's mission and goals.
  • Lead and manage the Advancement Office, including annual, major, and planned giving activities, alumnae/i engagement, and stewardship.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumnae/i, parents, Board members, and donors.
  • Develop and implement effective prospect management and solicitation strategies to secure major gifts and other forms of support.
  • Collaborate with the President and other senior leaders to advance the Institute's mission and goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in advancement leadership, with a strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and strategies.
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff, with a focus on developing and implementing effective performance management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFRE certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a Catholic, Lasallian educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Institute's mission and values, with a commitment to advancing the Institute's goals and objectives.
