Industrial Sales Professional

Job Summary:

Innovative Office Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Professional to join our team. As an Industrial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly category penetration strategies to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of our Brand Promise
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Account Coordinators to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts to drive sales growth
  • Utilize CRM to prospect, manage accounts, and forecast sales performance
Requirements:
  • Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop, and close sales
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Outstanding customer service and verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
