POSITION SUMMARY
Elemis is in search of a proactive Sales Support Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in the effectiveness of our sales operations, working in tandem with the Sales and Field teams to deliver essential administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Field Team Supply Coordination: Ensure that all supply orders for the Field Team are accurate and current, including tracking shipments, updating contact details, and resolving account-related issues.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with the Field team to submit monthly retailer events, follow up on approvals, and provide feedback and insights.
- Event Sales Documentation: Generate weekly recaps and metrics to support the sales team, maintaining the Event tracker and monitoring team performance.
Field Operations:
- Field Department Support: Collect weekly store insights, track freelance expenditures and productivity, and ensure the Field Team Survey is regularly updated.
Retail Administration:
- Data Entry Operations: Assist with the setup of new SKUs and assortment management, including SKU transitions and price adjustments.
- Order Tracking and Analysis: Provide weekly order analysis and tracking for key account managers, supporting sampling and FOC tracking.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned.
Sustainability Commitment:
- Ensure that all tasks and actions undertaken contribute to the short-term and long-term sustainability objectives established by ELEMIS, focusing on Climate, Biodiversity, and People.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Administrator or in a sales support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly MS Excel.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Capacity to operate under tight deadlines.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000.
