About You:

To excel in this role, you will need to showcase exceptional interpersonal abilities, organizational expertise, and project management skills. Your capacity to quickly absorb information, prioritize effectively, and handle pressure to meet tight deadlines will be crucial.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Project Coordination: Oversee multiple fragrance development initiatives by coordinating with various internal teams, both domestically and globally, including perfumers, laboratory staff, marketing, production, customer service, and scent designers. Ensure meticulous tracking of all project details and related submissions.
  • Client Meeting Management: Schedule, organize, and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials such as submission documents, samples, and support materials are ready.
  • Client Service Management: Provide continuous support and communication to meet customer needs, including pricing inquiries, oil coordination, shipping logistics, documentation, and sample requests. Manage project administration throughout development, including entering projects, directing internal teams, and monitoring deadlines.
  • Data Integrity Management: Maintain ownership of data accuracy across systems such as SAP, Business Warehouse, and sales reporting tools.
  • Safety and Compliance Oversight: Ensure that client portfolios comply with the latest industry regulations by issuing necessary safety documentation and coordinating toxicology work.
  • Stability Testing Coordination: Organize and monitor stability tests for products, tracking results diligently.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, for generating sales reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
