INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Planning Intern to assist in the management of weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, sales evaluation, forecasting, and retailer activation strategies in collaboration with the Account Manager and Sales Planner. In this role, you will support the sales team by analyzing retail performance and inventory levels, ensuring optimal sales outcomes for each retail partner. This position requires effective collaboration with the Demand Planning and Operations teams to address inventory and order requirements, as well as working alongside the marketing team for activation strategies and product details.

Ideal candidates will be self-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to evolving priorities. A passion for fostering a culture that emphasizes efficiency and celebrates both individual and team achievements is essential.

A commitment of up to 20 hours per week is expected, with in-office presence required on select weekdays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extract sales data from vendor platforms.
  • Update weekly sales reports for the sales team and management.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing reporting for streamlined future business analysis.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure product pages are current and accessible.
  • Participate in meetings with retail partners to discuss business performance and upcoming activations.
  • Monitor retail activations and assess performance against previous findings.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
  • Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in business, retail merchandising, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, passionate, and proactive.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining team connectivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude.
  • Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.
  • Commitment to up to 20 hours per week.
