POSITION SUMMARY:

Deliver exceptional support to membership operations. Address guest grievances, manage mobile and credit/debit transactions, sell suitable park admission media, and distribute tickets and media as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Adhere to proper debit/credit and mobile payment protocols.
  2. Provide precise information to guests and assist Season Pass and Membership holders.
  3. Support Group Sales and Marketing with specialized ticketing, including park promotions and upgrades.
  4. Utilize the POS system and season pass administration system for ticket sales and to retrieve season pass and membership details.
  5. Respond to phone inquiries promptly and assist guests with any park-related information.
  6. Process various ticket transactions, both with and without coupons.
  7. Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit.
  8. Resolve guest concerns that may arise daily.
  9. Meet performance standards across all responsibilities.
  10. React to emergency situations in the area and maintain control until a supervisor arrives.
  11. Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards are upheld.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful and emergency situations.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to engage actively with guests.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills in English, including reading and speaking.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Frequent kneeling, manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color perception are required.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and up to 14 hours a day.
  • Must be able to walk over 3 miles daily across various surfaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs over 25 feet on different surfaces.
  • Must be able to lift and lower 5 lbs above shoulder height.
  • Capability to climb a stepladder up to 6 feet high.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to handle stressful and emergency situations effectively.
  • Above-average communication skills.
  • Efficient work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety-conscious with a friendly demeanor.
  • Willingness to actively engage with guests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time. Applicants should be capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds and operating a motor vehicle.
