  • Provide Insightful Data: Extract meaningful information from various data sources, building a narrative to guide business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Lead Change Management: Act as a change agent, promoting innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to HR Consultants and other Human Resources Business Partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including business partnership, data analysis, and talent development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Designation: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Talent Acquisition Analytics: Experience with talent acquisition analytics and data sources.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Demonstrated success working on significant strategic initiatives.
