Role Overview: As a Human Resources Coordinator at HR Partners, you will be instrumental in overseeing a variety of human resources functions for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will be crucial in strategizing, directing, and enhancing the effective utilization of human resources, with a focus on employee benefits, relations, compensation, recruitment, and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in developing human resources strategies and policies.
  • Provide expert advice on organizational policies, including counseling, disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee relations.
  • Advise on policy modifications to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct compliance audits to verify adherence to established policies and legal requirements.
  • Evaluate and refine compensation and benefits policies to maintain competitiveness and legal compliance.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Lead the recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to extending job offers.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and clients, assist in contract interpretation, and resolve issues.
  • Engage in special projects and prepare proposals for clients.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • Human Resources Certification such as PHR/SPHR preferred within 2 years of employment.
  • Experience in an office/team environment.
  • Strong written communication, time management, and professional demeanor.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Read from computer screens and lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Make numerous phone contacts and possess a valid Driver's License.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based and focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel for conferences, seminars, or meetings.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean record is required.
