Job Title: IT Director

The IT Director plays a crucial role in the success of Management Business Solutions, overseeing the organization's technical operations and ensuring that technology systems and applications support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external IT partners to develop and implement technology solutions.
  • Assess operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements to optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Manage projects related to the implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Oversee the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information; Develop and maintain IT security framework.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
  • Consult with senior-level management to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring the systems performance.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures (P&Ps) for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
  • Stay up to date with new and emerging technologies and recommend how they can be leveraged to improve business operations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of reported issues and clear communication until resolved.
  • Oversee development and management of IT inventory.

Assist with the following duties of the IT Manager, as needed:

  • Set up and configure new computers and other computer equipment.
  • Provide technical support to the network infrastructure, installation, administration, and configuration.
  • Provide technical assistance to users on laptops, desktops, and software.
  • Track and update IT inventory.

Perform miscellaneous related duties and other duties as assigned.
