Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team at Axelia Partners. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in providing support for the daily operations of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in an admin/HR role, preferably in a client services environment. They will be responsible for benefits administration, including database maintenance and personnel file management. Additionally, they will coordinate background and reference checks on potential candidates and act as a representative for client employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' employees' files
    • Coordinate background and reference checks on potential candidates
  • HR Administration:
    • Provide human resources administration services to clients based on their needs
    • Prepare census information and maintain personnel files

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
