Human Resources Strategist

Job SummaryThe Director of Human Resources plays a vital role in designing and implementing Human Resources strategy to ensure that the school's mission is upheld in its culture, practices, and people.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the strategic needs of the school by managing the Human Resources function accordingly
- Establish a visible presence on all campuses and develop relationships with senior leadership colleagues and other campus-specific leaders, faculty, and staff
- Lead the human resources function to prioritize responsiveness, face-to-face conversations, and relationship development with faculty and staff
- A bachelor's degree; SHRM or SPHR certification is preferred
- 10 years of Human Resources experience with evidence of increasing responsibility
- Excellent computer and analysis skills; expertise in the Google Suite including Excel
- The ability to cultivate and build superior relationships with all employees and applicants
- Demonstrated time management skills
- A competitive salary range of $175,000.00 to $200,000.00
