Behavior Intervention Specialist

Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay for this role ranges from $21 to $26, based on experience, education, and languages spoken. We offer competitive compensation, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, and communities.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans developed by our experienced Case Supervisors.
- Collect data and write session notes to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Mandatory requirements include a negative TB test and a clear criminal background check.
- A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday and have reliable transportation.
- Six months of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic internet and technology skills is also required.
- Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish are highly valued.
- We offer free RBT classes and BCBA/Supervision hours for interns.
