About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist/Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals who share a passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement personalized behavior intervention plans, developed in collaboration with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Gather vital client progress data to drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with your leadership team to ensure seamless plan implementation.
  • Provide direct support and guidance to clients, modeling exemplary behavior and offering constructive feedback.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, educators, and other professionals involved in client care.
