Salary and Benefits

Job Description

You will collaborate seamlessly with fellow ABA service providers, serve as a mentor and role model for your clinical team, and guide the delivery of high-quality comprehensive ABA services. You will contribute to transparent client progress through meticulous documentation of behavior services and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have an active BCBA certification, 2 years of experience as a BCBA, and experience in leadership roles is a plus. You should also be capable of handling repeated lifting of 35 lbs, successfully clear background checks, health screenings, immunizations, and drug tests, and have reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, sound driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration.
