Santa Ana, California, United States Spring Health Full time

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Spring Health, providing in-home services to children and adolescents. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills in our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and adolescents in a behavior intervention setting and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA, accurately recording data on client behaviors and progress, and collaborating with families to teach strategies and interventions that can be used outside of therapy sessions to support client progress.

Additionally, you will provide compassionate and consistent support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment, and communicate openly and regularly with the BCBA, other team members, and families regarding client progress, challenges, and any changes in behavior. The successful candidate will adhere to ethical standards and guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA) and ensure that all practices are conducted with integrity and professionalism.

In exchange for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary range of $20-$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, company-paid short-term and long-term disability, tuition assistance, and reimbursement, 401(k), paid-time off, and a supportive work environment.

This is a part-time position, with estimated hours ranging from 15-25 per week, available Monday through Friday, with evening shifts.
