We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Interventionist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. As a Behavioral Interventionist at Cortica, you will play a crucial role in providing direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary treatment team.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • You will provide evidence-based behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in one-on-one and group settings.">
  • You will implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).">
  • As part of our team, you will work closely with families and caregivers to establish an environment supportive of treatment and education across all settings of care.">
  • You will be responsible for documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records of treatment plans and strategies.">
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and continuous improvement of our services.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field (candidates with relevant work experience may be considered).">
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician or Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification (willingness to obtain BCAT credential via Cortica's training program within the first 45 days)">
  • Valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation.">
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.">
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.">
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in various environments (home, community, school, clinic, etc.).">
