Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Team Member to join our team at GUSTO HOLDINGS LLC. As a Service Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering food and superb customer service to our customers. You will greet and assist customers with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring customers are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Knowledge: You will be responsible for having a thorough understanding of our menu and being able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  • Great Communication Skills: You will be the face of our company and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Order Ticket Prioritization: You will be responsible for prioritizing orders and ensuring that they are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Station Cleanliness: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for paying attention to detail and ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Other Assigned Shop Duties: You will be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Food Service Experience: While not necessary, food service experience is preferred.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: You must be punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to showing up on time and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to Multitask: You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work Shifts: You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Teamwork: You must be able to work well in a team environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Continuous Learning: You must be committed to continuous learning and professional development, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 15 years old.
