Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Service Appointments: Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and ensure that all necessary information is obtained.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, and ensure that customers are informed of any changes in the estimate or promise time.
  • Monitor Technician Productivity: Oversee the work of our technicians to ensure that they are meeting productivity standards and providing high-quality work.
  • Perform Daily Team Meetings: Lead daily team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, address any issues, and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
Qualifications
  • Sales Experience/Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is required.
  • Automotive Service Experience: While not required, experience in the automotive service industry is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Authorization to Work in the USA: All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Background Check and Drug Test: All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
