  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with JobBoss or other MRP ERP systems a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced aerospace customer service environment.
