The Vice President of Regional Client Services is responsible for achieving results through the effective management of professional teams and departments. This role requires a deep understanding of how various areas integrate within the sub-function and contribute to the overall objectives of the organization. The position demands strong commercial awareness and excellent communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and persuade colleagues and external clients alike. The VP has accountability for the volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of results within their area of expertise, and may also oversee planning, budgeting, and policy development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service and processing operations to ensure staff deliver exceptional service while adhering to corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Engage with Banking teams regularly to address escalated issues and exceed client service expectations.
  • Provide coaching and continuous feedback to team members, identify training needs, and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to maximize efficiency while maintaining high service quality.
  • Drive both tactical and strategic initiatives within the organization.
  • Build effective partnerships with operational and technology teams to collaboratively identify and resolve ongoing challenges.
  • Review internal controls and regulatory requirements regularly to ensure robust controls are maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Market Managers to ensure service support aligns with business initiatives.
  • Assess risks associated with business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding its assets by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills: ability to take ownership, motivate teams towards common goals, implement change, and achieve results.
  • Licenses 7, 63, 9 & 10 required or willingness to obtain the 9 & 10 licenses within a specified timeframe.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
