- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, implement change, and achieve results.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
- Licenses: US: Licenses 7, 63, 9 & 10 required or willing to acquire the 9 & 10 within 120 days.
