Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, servicing, and maintaining information technology systems and applications. They will also be required to maintain a daily IMAC, Incident, and Refresh resolution rate of 5+ tickets per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure information technology systems and applications
- Service and maintain information technology systems and applications
- Maintain a daily IMAC, Incident, and Refresh resolution rate of 5+ tickets per day
- Provide 2nd Level Support
- Unbox and pack equipment
- Perform administrative tasks
- Perform Hardware and Software Installations
- Provide remote support
- Troubleshoot and isolate Level 2 type issues
- Work in Active Directory
- Provide asset information within ticketing system
- Perform refresh of end user devices
- Assist with inventory activities
- Maintain an accurate asset database
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Ability to work alone and within a team
- Ability to follow defined processes
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and isolate Level 2 type issues
- Advanced Experience in Windows Operating Systems
- Candidate should also have a knowledge of all MAC related Hardware and Software type issues
- Experience in Active Directory and JAMF all is also a plus
